“Ordered a bracelet for Mums 97th birthday, didn’t arrive and Post office no help . They contacted Post Office, still no help , so they made sure another bracelet reached me in time . Do kind- the very best sort of custtservive!”

“The jewellery set is nice for the price, but the bracelet is a lot smaller than I anticipated, more suitable for a child than an adult. As it is a gift I have yet to give it to the recipient but hope they like it.”

“The wrong earings were sent out at first. I got tiny hearts. The right info was on the invoice so I have no idea how this happened. However, i e mailed the company and the correct earings were delivered very quickly. Lucky I liked them and have purchased previously. Need to do a proper check on what is being sent out. I put delivery not on time as I had to get the right pair sent out.”
