“Had to contact customer services as when ordered didn't have the option to choose next day delivery. Service was excellent - received order the next day at no extra cost and my daughter was delighted with the purchase. It was a beautiful headpiece and looked stunning when placed in her hair for her wedding. Excellent service and beautiful products - would recommend to anyone who is looking for something different for their special day”

“I own a John Richard crystal and marble lamp. I emailed info@johnrichard.com to inquire if I could purchase a replacement finial and included photos of the lamp and finial. I did not receive the courtesy of a reply. Quite disappointed.”
