“I will be happy if the delivery is free like before. Or over £20 to be free. You spend £5 for a ring for example and pay £2,50 for delivery. If the delivery is free over £20 I will make more orders.”

“jon richard normally favourite brand for costume jewellry and have other pieces as really appreciate the beautiful designs - very lovely. However, first time bought online without seeing scale to size other than as modelled in website photos. As such disappointed that bracelet chain ultra fine & breakable, like a cheap quality item and "jewels" tiny. Item much smaller than apparent in photos. In contrast earrings too big & heavy to wear comfortably without hurting ears but nonreturnable according to website policy. bangle to small to fit properly.”
