“The necklace it's self is not bad but the box fell apart after opening and closing it only twice. I was expecting better quality but I have worn the necklace several times and do like it .”

“Some things are nice but unfortunately, if you decided you don't like something or even it doesn't fit you, you cannot return it because you broke the seal. Do not buy anything that you want to "try" and see if it fits, you will be stuck with many items and no way to get your money back. Many pieces look cheap in person and are differently sized than the image leads to believe.”

“Ordered from this company for the first time. Item arrived the next day (amazing!!). The earrings were EXACTLY as described and pictured if not even better. Well packaged for transit and in a beautiful presentation/gift box. I have RARELY seen this sort of OUTSTANDING customer service. I will be going nowhere else from now on for jewellery. As businesses like this DESERVE to be supported.”

“Necklace arrived with broken clasp but after notifying customer services they messaged to say they would send a new one out and no need to return the broken one. Needless to say this is excellent customer service and I can’t speak highly enough about Jon Richard.com”
