“Lovely earrings always pleased with Jon Richard jewellery. Not a complaint but pity packaging not better. Perhaps box with company name on instead of plastic bag. I know you can purchase box but for prices packaging could be better anyway”

“Tiara is beautiful and very well made - the photos don't do it justice at all. Very pleased. Only thing that could be improved is the packaging - it did the job but just doesn't feel very luxurious for a bridal item - literally a cardboard box and some bubble wrap.”

“Ordered pearl clip on earrings for my grandaughters wedding. Advertised has pink,but when it's.ephoed to make sure they lady said would find out. The message came back that they were not pink. Vety disappointed that they were advertised has pink. So I had to cancel order.”

“Hello Whilst I haven't had my big day yet, that's 6 weeks away, I absolutely love the headdress l purchased from Jon Richard. The art deco design is completely in fitting with the quite simple dress I am wearing for my wedding and just gives that element of sparkle and finishes the look off with understated elegance. “I ordered a hair clip for a wedding direct from Jon Richard website after not being able to buy it on another site. My order went through, but the next day I got a refund - no notification then, or since, as to why. Can only assume this item is not actually available, despite being shown on several sites I visited.”
