“The team were very helpful under very stressful circumstances. A big thank you to Darren and especially to Emily Gould who was a shining light on the darkest of days - full of positivity, bright and cheerful and always came back with any information I was lacking from my uncommunicative solicitor as to progress. An excellent metaphorical hand-holder and liaison that I had no idea I would even need. What an absolute star!”

“Incredible service with Andrew Mussai. As a first time buyer, I knew nothing about the mortgage process but Andrew made the entire process so easy for me. He was super reliable and his communication was brilliant from start to finish, securing me a 5 year fixed mortgage at an incredibly volatile time in the market. Thank you Andrew! Thank you also to Katherine Hollyoake who chased everything up with my solicitors and ensured everything was ready for completion. I would highly recommend their services again!”

“I have dealt with a lot of broker representatives over forty years., but I must say that Kevin Lachasseigne of J.Charcol is the most dedicated to his job I have come across, moreover he comes across as genuine. even ringing you out of the blue to check everything is OK with details etc. I've never seen that before. I will definitely be using and recommending He and his Company in the future.”

“Extremely efficient and professional service helping me with my buy-to-let remortgage. Gordon's advice and recommendations given the rising interests rates was greatly appreciated and helped me make a sizeable saving each month on my mortgage. “Heather McLennan has been an excellent mortgage broker for us. Heather is very knowledge and it feels that she has a genuine interest in us getting the best possible solution for our property purchase.
