“My partner and I used Jenna Patel, who was absolutely amazing. She found us not only the best rates, but also the highest borrowing amount out of the 6 different mortgage advisors we tried. She is polite, courteous and informative and a real credit to John Charcol. I will definitely be using her again. Thanks Jenna!”

“Lisa at John Charcoal was amazing all throughout our mortgage application. She always kept us updated throughout the process and overcame obstacles in our credit history managing to get us the best rate available for our first mortgage with a lender. We now have our own home thanks to Lisa’s advice and support. Reasonably priced for the service. We highly recommend.”

Mohit Patel, Luciana Paiva and Alexa West were all very helpful in finding the right income protection for me, and Sarah Teff has been continually fantastic in helping me secure a mortgage and providing ongoing advice. “Shaahid is extremely professional and good at his work. He has successfully done a couple of mortgages and remortgages for me. He not only gets the best rate available in the market but keeps updating the clients if the interest rates have fallen down during the conveyancing process by helping in securing the lower rate. He is an Action taker!”

“I was introduced to Raza by a friend of mine, I previously spoke to him about a BTL last year but didn't progress through. I contacted him mid Aug 2024 with a complex income scenario after viewing a beautiful home, he assured me there could be something he can help with. Throughout the last 4 weeks, Raza has been incredibly resourceful, friendly and pushed for the best product and always kept me in the loop. Despite the small setbacks with the lender with pursing every single piece of documentation and requirements being nailed down to a T, we FINALLY got an offer today. I cannot thank Raza and John Charcol enough, it is a dream come true to get the offer letter through to help secure our forever home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!”
