“Molly was amazing! She was so helpful and patient with me. There was a lot I didn't understand when It came to mortgages but sje spend extra time explaining everything to me to help me understand. She was always there immediately responding to my emails and calls. She was so quick and got things done on the spot. She was so kind and gave up so much of her time helping me with other things I struggled with. Highly reccomend Molly!”

“We had the absolute pleasure of working with Randeep as our mortgage advisor, and I honestly can't recommend him highly enough. I contacted him just a few weeks before the end of our whole life term on our mortgage – I was in a complete panic. My husband had recently changed jobs, and time was running out to repay the full mortgage. Randeep was nothing short of amazing. He found us an excellent deal and offered sound, clear advice that immediately put me at ease. I've always been quite wary of financial advisors, but Randeep completely changed my perspective. He was so calm, reassuring, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. On top of that, we also have a buy-to-let property which he very kindly looked into as well – completely free of charge. He renegotiated the mortgage and managed to save us a further £300 a month! The whole process was smooth and stress-free; we barely had to lift a finger in terms of paperwork, and we ended up saving a significant amount of money. Randeep is a credit to his profession, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found him. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!”

“I am so glad I chose John Charcol for my mortgage needs. Razzak dealt with my mortgage application with ease, he is amazing, full of knowledge and so kind and caring. He didn't only just get me the right mortgage, he went well above and beyond to get me the best deal and kept me updated throughout the process. Razzak is very understanding and gave me his upmost attention when I needed it most. John Charcol is an amazing mortgage broker who are affordable and professional. Hats off to Razzak for being so kind and knowledgeable and managed to get the best deals. I would give Razzak 10 stars if I could and I strongly recommend using John Charcol to apply for a mortgages without the stress.”
