“Ezra le Mon understood our needs from minute one and researched and found a product we were happy to choose. He kept us informed at every step and diligently followed up by phone to make sure everything was ok. The whole re-mortgage process was painless. Definitely recommend.”

“Fabulous service from Mark O'Connor. We applied for a JBSP mortgage to allow my son to get on the housing ladder. Mark was approachable and diligent throughout the process, he found a great mortgage offer and supported us through to completion. A couple of times we hit a road block and he provided marvellous service, unsticking issues and ensuring we were both kept well informed and that the process stayed on track. We would wholeheartedly recommend Mark.”

“Heather Mclennan was outstanding! I returned to the UK after many years abroad and really struggled to find a lender. Without Heather's dedication and persistence, I am sure we would not be living in our new home today! She certainly went the extra mile and always reassured me that she would find a way. A real professional but also a real person who understands what having a home means. 100% recommend!”

“The whole team at John Charcol have been amazing from start to finish! We first used the firm back in 2013 for our first property, fast forward 11 Years and we didn’t think twice about contacting them again to arrange a new mortgage. We were put in touch with Jade who was very knowledgable and gave us the best advice. She kept in touch throughout the whole process and was even chasing our solicitor at times to ensure things went smoothly. We won’t hesitate to use John Charcol again in the future. “I am very happy with the services provided by John Charcol. I was assigned Lisa who went above & beyond to help me through a stressful house move. Lisa was fast with her responses & even dealt with issues I was having that weren’t her responsibility which I appreciate so much. “We had a rather complex remortgage process to go through. There is no way we could have managed it without the expert help of Shaahid Quinn and Louise Cheatle. “Ezra and Alexa both are extremely helpful during this what I would called a very 'bumpy' process of house purchase, our purchase had fell through twice, and Ezra has been patiently providing advise through out the process, which lasted nearly 10 months! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a mortage.”
