“Randeep went above and beyond in supporting me through the process of obtaining a mortgage when purchasing my first home. “I couldn't recommend John Charcol more highly. Always available to talk and no stranger to a challenge. Whatever your mortgage criteria, they'll work tirelessly to find a loan for you. My broker Heather is an expert and extremely hard-working; she didn't give up in the face of a challenge, but she was always up front and realistic, explaining everything meaning I always understood where we were at and what the next steps and likely outcomes wee. She treats your mortgage like it's her own and does all she can to find you the loan you need. She was ably assisted by Katherine who managed managed to shave a week off the valuation/offer process, amazing! I'd never use another brokerage firm!”

“So far only a telephone call but great advice on how to get along with splitting my property and selling one half to pay off my mortgage, my mortgage company were very unhelpful but thanks to Laurence I now have a plan and will be using John Charcol to help me sort out finances.”

“I was rather desperate to get a new mortgage due to the terrible interest rate increases. These increases meant that I was not getting enough rent to cover the mortgage. John Charcoal was able to get me a new mortgage, with amazing terms and it all went so smoothly. They are terribly efficient and communicate the whole way through the process. Cannot thank them all enough!”

“Andrew Ireland has been the best mortgage broker I have ever used. I have 10 houses on various mortgage deals so I have dealt with him on multiple occasions. He is very prompt to respond, has an excellent knowledge of the confusing range of mortgage products and is always very easy to communicate with. I recommend him unreservedly.”

“Very good customer service, Jade was very helpful with our re mortgage application and was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of our queries quickly and efficiently and found us the best possible deal for our re mortgage, I would definitely recommend Jade and John Charcol and would be more than happy to use them again.”

“We used John Charcol as our mortgage broker for a recent purchase of our new residential home. Our broker David Pudney was was extremely helpful start to finish. He was always on hand to answer any questions and very prompt with his replies. He made us feel very comfortable with the mortgage we chose and gave us some great mortgage deals we could not find ourselves. “Very happy with the advice given to me by Mark B. He found a fixed term product which was exactly what we wanted at a competitive rate, especially considering the current increases in interest rates. Once our offer had been accepted, Jenny kept us fully up to date with progress and was always available to speak to over the phone if I had any queries. Would def recommend John Charcol based on my experience.”

“I was very happy with the service offered by John Charcol. Shaun Boyle kept me intermittently updated about rates during a fairly tumultuous period in UK interest rate updates. The service is not cheap but it was useful for a non resident landlord seeking a new mortgage.”
