“From start to finish, the service was outstanding! Our mortgage adviser Gemma was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to find me the best deal. “My partner and I were first time buyers, and the help we have had from John Charcol has been second to none! Penny Ives has been a wonderful mortgage broker and helped secure us an offer we were happy with, giving us loads of support and updates throughout the process. David Donaghy, along with Lily Rechert have also helped us with income protection and life cover, and have also been great throughout, providing help and information whenever needed and helping us get the cover we need. “We worked with Shak Bhairon as our mortgage broker during the almost 12 months it took to complete our sale, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. “My mortgage application was not a straightforward one, my age and the fact that all my earnings were from overseas were the main contributing factors.
