“My particular situation was quite unusual and complex - being retired and having a foreign income. Not only did John Charcol find me a mortgage, but a health insurance policy to cover the term at a very competitive price. I couldn't be more please with the service they have provided.”

“I am very happy with the services provided by John Charcol. I was assigned Lisa who went above & beyond to help me through a stressful house move. Lisa was fast with her responses & even dealt with issues I was having that weren’t her responsibility which I appreciate so much. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness & efficiency through the whole process, along with Bilal who was equally just as helpful. Thank you so much!”

“We had a rather complex remortgage process to go through. There is no way we could have managed it without the expert help of Shaahid Quinn and Louise Cheatle. They were both most helpful, professional and courteous throughout and we felt the whole process was completed very speedily considering the difficulties involved. “Ezra and Alexa both are extremely helpful during this what I would called a very 'bumpy' process of house purchase, our purchase had fell through twice, and Ezra has been patiently providing advise through out the process, which lasted nearly 10 months! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a mortage.”

“We had a complicated purchase and were getting very frustrated. We got in touch with Paul Corcoran. Paul gave us sound advice, re-assurance, (without making promises), and looked at our case himself before submitting. Within a week we had an approval in principle. After using other Mortgage brokers to no avail. I would recommend JC at any moment. Professional, understanding and they clearly know the game. Thank you Paul.”

“Organised my life assurance with Lisa Gilsenan after being refused by online searching due to my medical history. After chatting with Lisa, many emails and messages later she found an excellent deal that offered me cover as soon as I needed it. Lisa was both professional and easy to talk to which made the process of discussing medical history’s and financial information so much easier. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance with financial protection. Many thanks for all your help.”
