“Was struggling with other brokers for over 3 months to get an offer after so many promises, I was skeptical at first but Hannah was brilliant. All the team asked the questions and after providing them with what they required, they explained everything and managed to get us an offer that was amazing. My big thanks to Hannah, Hollie, Lizzy and Nick for their communication and excellent updates and professionalism in this case. We are so grateful beyond words. For us as a newly married couple, they have given us a home!”

“After I’ve been through probably all possible mortgage brokers I’ve decided to contact John Charcol . What a brilliant team . Professional, transparent, always ready to help . I have been working with a young lady called Becky . I really hope that girl will get a good raise or bonus for dealing with customers like me . So professional, so kind and reassuring. “I have been using John Charcol for a while now and Louise Henderson has always been excellent, friendly, personable, helpful, reliable and responsive. This remortgage is the first time I have utilised the Protection Advisor part of the service. Thomas Birdle has helped me to find income protection and critical illness cover. I also have had a great experience with Thomas. He has guided me through the process and was clearly knowledgeable of the market. He uses a client centred approach and was meticulous in identifying my circumstances and needs to find the best plan for me.”

“Shaun handled our remortgage of a buy to let property. He was excellent, polite and professional throughout. Shaun thoroughly qualified our needs at the outset, then identified a product and saw it through to approval. Shaun also regularly checked the market to ensure we were getting the right deal. From there, Chantelle then saw things through to completion. We would not hesitate to use John Charcol again and hope to be assigned to Shaun and Chantelle again. Great service. Thanks guys!”

“John Charcol helped us through our mortgage and first flat purchase. Over the course of almost a year and one false start on our first offer, they consistently provided amazing service and help. Then for subsequent mortgage life insurance, they were extremely responsive and found suitable coverage after extensive hunting while others may not have been able to. I highly recommend John Charcol for help with mortgage and mortgage insurance. Great service and a genuine concern with extremely fair flat pricing.”
