“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! James has honestly made the process from start to finish so easy going. Genuinely. “I would highly recommend Nicholas Teff for anyone looking for clear, honest, and professional advice on protection policies. From the beginning, he took the time to understand my personal and financial situation properly, including some complexities around international income, and explained everything in a way that was straightforward and easy to understand. He was patient, thorough, and always available to answer questions without making anything feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was how carefully he structured the cover to match my mortgage and income needs, making sure I understood the reasoning behind each recommendation. “Randeep Sodhi was super helpful in assisting us in our re-mortgage ang guided us through the various mortgage options available to best suit our financial situation and we ended up agreeing an off-set mortgage. “I would recommend John Charcol. I had help from multiple different people and they were all incredible at the job they did. Ezra Le Mon helped me out with getting my mortgage, there were a few bumps in the road but he was more than helpful in getting it resolved quickly and effectively and also got me a better deal overall. I spoke with Mohit Patel who was more than helpful in getting me set up with my insurance and making sure that I was covered in all aspects, he recommended services they work with who have been instrumental in making sure that I have everything ready for my property purchase. And finally, Eniko Kormendi, she has been absolutely vital in keeping me sane during this process, she was incredible and I can't thank her enough for all her help in making sure that I was understanding of everything happening and making sure that the solicitors were keeping me up to date or at least keeping her up to date so that we could have some sort of progress updates. My solicitors themselves weren't the greatest and Eniko was instrumental in making sure that we got this property purchase done on time. Thank you to all the team and I will definitely be using them again in the future for any remortgage/purchase I may have. They've been incredible!”

“I would highly recommend John Charcol and my advisor Dipak Shirsat, who was extremely helpful in securing my mortgage. I truly cannot thank him enough. Dipak was very efficient, friendly, and consistently supportive throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with the mortgage deal he obtained for me, as well as the clear and helpful advice he provided along the way. The quality of communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept regularly updated on my mortgage and was given all the support I needed to find the best mortgage product available. I look forward to working again with John Charcol and Dipak when it’s time to review and update my mortgage.”

Kathryn frequently kept me updated on the progress of purchasing my house, and gave me all the support I needed in finding the best product. I completed my purchase a year ago, and every month I get a Monthly Home Report from John Charcol informing me if my mortgage is still the best product at that time. “My partner and I approached Edward to help us purchase our first home back in 2025. With his knowledge and expertise, Edward was in regular contact providing us with updates and often checked in to make sure we were okay. “Randeep Sodhi of John Charcol was recommended to us by family for his professionalism and expertise. We were not disappointed as he worked with us for over four months to secure a mortgage that met our needs. With one of us working in the UK and one out, the number of possible lenders was small but he kept looking. His knowledge and support were at the highest level throughout and kept us on top of the minutiae required by the lender. He was also tenacious in following through with the solicitors.
