“My partner and I were first time buyers, and the help we have had from John Charcol has been second to none! Penny Ives has been a wonderful mortgage broker and helped secure us an offer we were happy with, giving us loads of support and updates throughout the process. David Donaghy, along with Lily Rechert have also helped us with income protection and life cover, and have also been great throughout, providing help and information whenever needed and helping us get the cover we need. Thanks again, and I would recommend John Charcol to anyone looking to buy a house!”

“We worked with Shak Bhairon as our mortgage broker during the almost 12 months it took to complete our sale, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. As first-time buyers, we ended up facing an unexpectedly stressful and complicated sale with endless delays, but Shak was our constant source of guidance, reassurance, and determination. “My mortgage application was not a straightforward one, my age and the fact that all my earnings were from overseas were the main contributing factors. “Was struggling with other brokers for over 3 months to get an offer after so many promises, I was skeptical at first but Hannah was brilliant. All the team asked the questions and after providing them with what they required, they explained everything and managed to get us an offer that was amazing. My big thanks to Hannah, Hollie, Lizzy and Nick for their communication and excellent updates and professionalism in this case. We are so grateful beyond words. “After I’ve been through probably all possible mortgage brokers I’ve decided to contact John Charcol . What a brilliant team . Professional, transparent, always ready to help . “I have been using John Charcol for a while now and Louise Henderson has always been excellent, friendly, personable, helpful, reliable and responsive. This remortgage is the first time I have utilised the Protection Advisor part of the service. Thomas Birdle has helped me to find income protection and critical illness cover. I also have had a great experience with Thomas. He has guided me through the process and was clearly knowledgeable of the market. He uses a client centred approach and was meticulous in identifying my circumstances and needs to find the best plan for me.”

“Shaun handled our remortgage of a buy to let property. He was excellent, polite and professional throughout. Shaun thoroughly qualified our needs at the outset, then identified a product and saw it through to approval. Shaun also regularly checked the market to ensure we were getting the right deal. From there, Chantelle then saw things through to completion. We would not hesitate to use John Charcol again and hope to be assigned to Shaun and Chantelle again. Great service. Thanks guys!”
