“Although this was back in October last year, I wanted to take the time to leave a review to thank David Donaghy at John Charcol for the excellent support and advice he provided while helping me find the right life insurance to support my mortgage. David was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. He took the time to clearly explain the different options available and helped me find the policy that best suited my circumstances and my mortgage. He made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and stress-free, and I really appreciated the time and care he put into making sure everything was right for me. “I was assisted by Adam. He was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear and straightforward, and he was very transparent when presenting the different quotes and policy details. He took the time to explain the cover properly so I could understand exactly what I was considering, without any pressure. I also appreciated how patient he was while I took time to think through the options. He was very helpful when comparing the policies he sourced with quotes I had obtained myself, which gave me confidence that I was making an informed decision.
