“My order was despatched very promptly and arrived only a couple of days after I'd placed the order despite selecting the normal delivery time of 5-9 days. Very efficient (plus there were a few extra goodies included)!”

“Delayed response to my order. Had to chase on the telephone and even then the order took 2 deliveries to be fulfilled! I’ll think twice before ordering with John and Ginger when I need more face wash. Not very ideal service !”

Dear Customer, I am sorry that your order didn't arrive in the time you expected. We aim to despatch all orders on the same working day even when customers like yourself choose the free delivery option. Your order was sent in two parcels to not cause any delay. We do have a premium delivery option for customers needing their products in a hurry. There is a very small charge for this service, however deliveries do arrive more quickly.
