“Parcel has not yet been delivered...We are still waiting for the parcel..Since it was ordered through normal delivery option I can’t even track the order and the parcel has not been delivered yet..Very unhappy with this order.. Dear Customer, we're sorry your parcel hasn't arrived as quick as you expected it. Parcels going to India, and also to Russia, Brazil or Australia take longer than most other countries. We haven't received an email from you about this at all. We recommend you to upgrade your delivery service from the free delivery service to an International Premium delivery at the checkout, when you need your order to get there much quicker than what we show on our free delivery service details.
