“My order was despatched very promptly and arrived only a couple of days after I'd placed the order despite selecting the normal delivery time of 5-9 days. Very efficient (plus there were a few extra goodies included)!”

“Delayed response to my order. Had to chase on the telephone and even then the order took 2 deliveries to be fulfilled! I’ll think twice before ordering with John and Ginger when I need more face wash. Not very ideal service !”

Dear Customer, I am sorry that your order didn't arrive in the time you expected. We aim to despatch all orders on the same working day even when customers like yourself choose the free delivery option. Your order was sent in two parcels to not cause any delay. We do have a premium delivery option for customers needing their products in a hurry. There is a very small charge for this service, however deliveries do arrive more quickly. “Parcel has not yet been delivered...We are still waiting for the parcel..Since it was ordered through normal delivery option I can’t even track the order and the parcel has not been delivered yet..Very unhappy with this order.. Dear Customer, we're sorry your parcel hasn't arrived as quick as you expected it. Parcels going to India, and also to Russia, Brazil or Australia take longer than most other countries. We haven't received an email from you about this at all. We recommend you to upgrade your delivery service from the free delivery service to an International Premium delivery at the checkout, when you need your order to get there much quicker than what we show on our free delivery service details.
