“The customer service I received was extremely lacking. The products were delayed, but I got pushback on my information sent directly from the company. How can they argue wih their own emails? Well, they did. In addtion, the product, Hopes Relief, seemed half water and half full at that. Very disappointed over all.”

We have reviewed your order and can confirm it was placed late in the evening, processed on the next working day, and delivered within the advised working-day timeframe for our free standard delivery service, allowing for the bank holiday. This item is supplied to us sealed by the brand, and if there is ever a concern about the consistency or fill level, we are always happy to review photos and batch details so this can be checked properly with the supplier. “I have used this cream for many years now and absolutely love it, although the price has risen dramatically over the years I still use it but maybe if it goes much higher I might need to consider stopping it and you were the cheapest I could find it, so well done 👍”

“Easy to navigate site. Great prices. Quick delivery and the samples are a great touch. I bought eve taylor age resist day cream but unfortunately is a little too heavy for me and made my skin really sensitive around certain areas. I have the C+ bright priming moisturiser so as I was running out of this thought I may try something else..mistake.. I tried to reorder the C+ moisturiser but not in stock so I had to purchase else where. I also bought dermalogica ultra calming cleanser which is my go to and always stick with that it's just does exactly what it says.. calming & cleansing and at a great price too. I will certainly keep with J&G..”
