Dear International customer, we've tracked your order and an attempted delivery has already been made. The order took the usual time to get to your country, even during this pandemic, so we need more info to understand your review and to improve our service, please. Customer care will contact you with extra details about your tracking number soon, so you can rearrange a more convenient time for your delivery. Many thanks!
