Dear customer, we're sorry that this international order didn't arrive as quick as all the other times before. In the last couple of weeks our delivery company had to take more precautions, they have less staff because of the social distancing, so the international parcels are taking a bit longer than usual, unfortunately. We've upgraded all our international orders to our highest service without any extra charges to our customers to make sure the parcels arrive on time and safely to their destinations. “I phone my orders thru and the people are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Delivery was the next day! There was a teeny problem with the order which was rectified the same day, again in a friendly and efficient manner”

“Having shopped online with J&G for many years, I have never considered using another site as their products work well for my skin and the website and delivery etc are always very prompt with good information. I do think it slightly unfair that the recent offer of spending £100 gets you a gift set and unfortunately my last purchase was £99.50 which wasn't acknowledged, however, I will probably still continue to shop with them but will look around for other offers which display a little more loyalty”
