I found the staff very helpful, with good information and uses about the various Essential Oils. The packaging was great, all arrived safe and sound. I liked the free surprise sachets of Sun Screen. I would highly recommend this Company and the lovely products .......... that really do work. ๐Ÿ’ฏ% Deborah Reid๐Ÿ•Š

Dear Customer, we're sorry that your item that you placed on WED night hasn't arrived yet. We despatched it the next working day (Thursday), then it was Easter. You used our free delivery service and not Premium delivery, the time for the parcel to arrive with standard delivery is 3-5 Working days, so your parcel is not even late for a normal situation. However, it will take a bit longer than usual these days to arrive. We couldn't do anything about your feedback before as we haven't received any communication from you about your parcel until now. We will contact you today with more info. Great service. Didn't have what I ordered ins tock for my required delivery so swapped with a similar product and threw in a free gift set worth ยฃ25

Unfortunately the product I ordered was not available. I was emailed with the offer of a similar product and extra samples, which I accepted. I also in my reply email asked for some recommendations for some skin concerns. I was disappointed to not receive a reply with any recommendations and although the alternative product was delivered in a timely manner, the 3 different sachet samples are futile as trying something once really does not allow for the skin to react. Overall it was a disappointing experience but letโ€™s see how the alternative product performs.

Dear Customer, unfortunately we give the samples that our suppliers provide to us, we don't have any say on the amount of product that goes into the sample sachets. We give 3 free samples per order to be fair to all our customers. We did reply to your questions, please check your junk mail, we will resend it again with a read receipt. we're happy that you received the parcel on time and hope the product helps your skin needs. Please note last week was Easter and there were a couple of bank holidays, so our customer care emails couldn't be sent as quick as usual. This is an update to the review I made yesterday. The items arrived this morning and I'm completely happy with them. I would definitely recommend John And Ginger and I hope to be ordering with them again in the near future.

Dear Customer, we're sorry that your hand cream hasn't arrived yet. We dispatching our orders ASAP and Royal Mail is delivering our items as soon as they can. Please remember that you asked for a Standard delivery service, which in normal circumstances is absolutely OK, however, we recommend to pay for premium delivery if you're in a hurry. The virus has made everything to slow down, as we are all working with less people and the delivery companies are extremely busy, busier than ever before. We couldn't do anything about your feedback before as we haven't received any communication from you about your hand cream until now. We will contact you today with more info. Only came across this website when trying to find Dr Dennis Gross daily peels that were out of stock from my usual supplier and I am so glad I found it. They supply loads of high end products and I received a great free gift of which I will be buying the full size products soon, great delivery times as well, will stick with this supplier

I received the wrong item and have had to return it to wait for the correct item to be sent . Not a great start but the customer service on phone was very easy and have they assured me that itโ€™s on its way !
