“I recently purchased a Kure nail polish online and when it arrived it was far more orange than I wanted. It is unopened and I contacted you to ask to make an exchange. I'm still waiting to hear back”

“The nail varnishes I bought are really lovely to use. I unfortunately ordered the wrong color, I rang John and Ginger spoke to a lady called Alex she was really helpful and let me return the unwanted color and within a few days the correct color was sent to me. Would highly recommend John and Ginger.”
