Dear Customer, We're sorry to hear that you have not yet received your parcel. We shipped your order in less than 10 hours of being placed back in OCT 2019 - We have not heard from you about this matter until this review. Customer care will contact you on Monday. We will track your parcel and see if we need to send a replacement even though 3 months have passed. Many thanks for your feedback.

“Excellent service and competitive price for my favourite mascara (eye of horus). Three free trial products included too which Is a bonus and nice or be able to choose from a list of products.....although have to say I would not want to pay £1.50 for these which. Is the price if you order more than 3. Would recommend John and Ginger overall”
