“My parcel arrived but an item was missing.Said on invoice to follow and I am still waiting! There was no email from the company to say that there was a problem with the order or that the item was out of stock.I have emailed them twice and still no rely.I will have to phone them.What a pain”

Thank you for your feedback. Customer care sent you an email to let you know that there was a delay with one of the items that your purchased. Even though it was only for a few days before it arrived, we didn't want to hold up the shipment of your your order so it was sent straight away with the delayed item to follow in another parcel. “I am a regular user of john and ginger for my cheaper then anywhere else dermalogica produccts I love the special offers the free goodies and the speedy delivery ive never had a problem but if I did I'm sure they would rectify it I order over the phone as I am a dinosaur on the computer it is so easy to order from them”

“I ordered mostly Maroma incense sticks and the packet came quick and well packed. Unfortunately one item was missing, so I contacted John and Ginger. They replied also quickly and the item was received by me in Jersey in 3 days!!! Great service and great quality Maroma products.”
