Hello, thank you for your review. Your order was shipped to you in Sweden with 48 hours of it being placed. I can see with your tracking number that an attempted delivery has been made by Postnord on 03-03-2021 but there didn't seem to be anyone in. Dear Customer, we're sorry your parcel didn't arrive as quick as you were expecting it. You placed the order Friday night and we sent it Free Delivery with the free skincare samples added to the parcel on Monday morning. Please note that we can only ship parcels on working days. We also recommend to pay for Premium delivery or Special Delivery if you want the parcel to arrive quicker than any normal standard delivery services in the UK.
