Dear customer, we're sorry that this international order didn't arrive as quick as all the other times before. In the last couple of weeks our delivery company had to take more precautions, they have less staff because of the social distancing, so the international parcels are taking a bit longer than usual, unfortunately. We've upgraded all our international orders to our highest service without any extra charges to our customers to make sure the parcels arrive on time and safely to their destinations.
