“I ordered a hairdryer for my daughter-in-law's birthday and received it the following day. The communication was excellent and a very easy website. The hairdryer was very well packaged which included a few little samples of products...thank you. My daughter in law is delighted with her new hairdryer (I have the same one). A fab company now on my list for future products.”

“I AVE USED JOHN AND GINGER FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS PLACING AN ORDER USUALLY MONTHLY I LOVE DERMALOGICA PRODUCTS AND ALTHOUGH J AND G'S DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCTS CAN BE A LITTLE SPARSE, THEIR ONLINE CHAT SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND RESPONSIVE. THE TURN AROUND OF THE ORDER IS ALWAYS VERY QUICK AND THE FREE DELIVERY IS A BIG SELLING POINT FOR ME. WOULD ALWAYS HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM”

“Purchased the HD Highlighter. Swift postage. Only negative, was that some of the powder had fallen outside of the compact, so had glittery powder everywhere when taking out of the box but that'd be a manufacturer error.”
