Not happy at all! My first order was missing an item so emailed them and no one ever got back to me. Definitely WILL NOT be ordering again!!! Very disappointed. I’ve attached photos of what I should have received which was THREE POUCHES and I received TWO. Honestly used to love Joe & Sephs but they can’t even respond to emails asking about items missing from an order.

Ordered through Vodafone rewards, did not receive the order emailed to let them know and they just said to check as it is showing to be there there please check neighbours and other. Which I had already done, No resolution to the problem or care in the least that I had not received it.

I was really looking forward trying my Joe & Seph's popcorn. Got the email to say they're on the way but never received them, very disappointed. I work for Royal Mail and was able to check very day but they never reached the delivery office.
