Hi Susan, Thank you very much for your feedback. The price of our products reflects the quality of the ingredients and the process we use to make them. All our popcorn is made by hand using the finest quality, all natural ingredients. We take care to source premium ingredients, including extra-large mushroom corn kernels because we believe that they produce the best-tasting popcorn. Everything went wrong. What do you want me to start with? Your popcorn machine- a desaster popping corn allover my kitchen. That wouldn't be a problem, but the product it made was soft and stale, with a horrible taste. I returned the machine, paid p&p £12.75 on top and it took me nearly 2 months to recover my money. Your answers to my phone calls and emails were standard, exactly like here on reviews: will follow up with care team. I ordered the popcorn you highly recommended too. Fancy names, no taste, stale and unedible. Like something you forgot in the cupboard for months. I didn't bother to send them back, knowing how hard it is the refund process: around 6-7 weeks! Well, I gave you a try. Didn't work well. I hope I'll never hear about you ever again.

Sorry, but not for us. We found them very sweet, anyone with a really sweet tooth will like them I am sure, Bought tins and boxs and no one at them. Didn't realise how sweet they would be perhaps it would have been best to try just one set. Popular with many others though and we can't all like the same taste.

we were given the mini gourmet popcorn bars coconut and peanut.which is a flavour that we both enjoy.Unfortunately these are terrible .very dry stale taste..Had to throw them out.So very disappointed as this is the first product we have had of your ranges.

I purchased this Advent calendar from Harrods at the start of December, it's now the 22nd and Every.Single.Packet has been stale so far. The flavours are good, but the texture is terrible.

"if you don't love this popcorn...i'll eat my hat," it says on the packaging. well, be prepared to eat your hat then. i got the advent calendar box from a supermarket in singapore. the first packet i opened was salted caramel. the taste of the popcorn was ok, but the texture was very soft - like garrett popcorn left in the open for a week. it's completely stale. hope the packets will be better.

Purchase on Joe&seph’s, website 20 packets variety popcorn on your site Could not fault it really nice to eat just purchased it on qvc 2boxes of six packets It was terrible hard bits in most of the packets Just can’t understand why this has happened On this occasion very disappointed probably this may be the last time for me

Dreadful, my delivery of Easter chocolates took ages to arrive, the chocolates were all smashed up, as was the packaging - the box these had been delivered in was in tact, showing these items were knowingly sent in a dreadful damaged state.

Hi I am sooooo very disappointed in your lack of customer service. I love your popcorn but I am still waiting for your response from 20th December 2022. I did not receive my order! I have emailed you numerous times, even written a letter but still, no word at all from you, just auto responses. Please can someone respond. Fresh desk will not let me access it to see what the ticket numbers say, so any response through that I cannot see.

Hi there Firstly, I just wanted to say that I have always been really impressed with your popcorn. Unfortunately this time it is a lack of delivery and lack of response issue. I ordered your popcorn festive slab for Christmas, due to royal mail strikes you sent it by evri instead... I never received it. I emailed you on 21st Dec to report this, no response, I emailed again on 21st Jan, no response other than auto reply. then on 21st Feb I posted you a letter with my details on it, still no rep!y. I was given two ticket numbers in the Dec and Jan auto response but unable to access this freshdesk thing. Very disappointed. Can you help please.

I bought the holiday calendar with the different kinds of popcorn. All the popcorn was terribly stale and I had to throw all the bags away. Very disappointed, this calendar was 30.00 at Barnes and Noble.
