“Ordered through Vodafone rewards, did not receive the order emailed to let them know and they just said to check as it is showing to be there there please check neighbours and other. Which I had already done, No resolution to the problem or care in the least that I had not received it.”

“I was really looking forward trying my Joe & Seph's popcorn. Got the email to say they're on the way but never received them, very disappointed. I work for Royal Mail and was able to check very day but they never reached the delivery office.”

“Poor customer service rude Irish lady speaking over me again and again never give me the answers I wanted . If you want delivery order on time order a week in advance. Poor show. Customer care needs looking at big time.”
