“So far so good but sometimes when bidded and he wins the bidding. It seems that along the lines someone out bids the person without him knowing. I personally had a situation like that thinking I have won but apparently when I sent you a mail with a vivid phone camera picture that was when I was told I lost it. Hence you should improve in that area, please. Thank you”

“I like JOBALOTS very much but it is by no means perfect. Can be very risky and even more so now as some buyers of JOBALOTS can resell their purchased items on the site which makes me think that that may be a good way for them to offload all the bad stuff they've purchased leaving the new buyer well and truly out of pocket. So I now check the vendor who is selling the items before I make a bid. If it's not being sold by JOBALOTS I leave it well alone. Sorry but too risky. Other than that JOBALOTS can be a great site to purchase from, but obviously, there is still an element of risk, especially with customer returns. As until it arrives you don't know what the true condition of the items is going to be. Got to say though I have been pretty lucky with most of my purchases but at the same time I have had to bin quite a lot. But to be honest the good tends to outweigh the bad. All I will say though to finish off. If you can't afford the risk then you are best staying away.”

“Mostly excellent, but you really need to brush up on certain subjects 1, it would be nice to be able to talk to a human when you have a problem talking through emails you can't explain the problem you have properly and be understood 2, describe the items more accurately 3, sort out postage as there is a long delay of receiving items these days.”

“I am happy with Jobalots on the whole although I would like to be able to search for items via lowest price without having to be a special member as it is a waste of time to scroll through so many items to find things of interest to buy. I don't like to waste time in this way. I also sometimes feel that some items should not make their way on to any auction platform as someone at some point does know that the item is unusable and unsellable. I know this is common practice with such auctions, but I feel that this is something that will make people stop buying at Auction if it happens a lot.”

“I have had a lot of excellant quality goods from JLI, but also had some goods fit for the bin, I was aware that the law states goods should be fit for purpose but a lot are not. I purchased a Cast Iron vice which was snapped in half with no way of repair this should never have been sold, but you have to accept T's & C's before you purchase not sure how valid this is. Generally i would think i've had 80% excellant quality so you take a gamble don't bid too high it might not be that good”

“I would definitely recommend JLI & have already recommended them to others. Mostly everything was great but for the prices you can’t grumble. I ordered several items & out of it all I ordered a wireless 3in1 iPhone charger & the phone part doesn’t work but the watch part does & the paper shredder I ordered didn’t work at all. Everything else works perfectly.”
