“very quick delivery but some sales appear to change finishing times i lost at least three deals whilst the clock said they were still time running but the lot was sold”

“The service has been very good, my only advice is to tell the courier to handle the products carefully. I bought a pallet of new Extreme GripPro PS5 Digital Edition Faceplates. They were packed into the pallet directly without being put in a bigger box and with no support,apart from the kitchen cling film nylon, which didn't protect it from the rain, this meant all the boxes underneath were crushed under the weight,which is almost £100 lost. Apart from that I am very happy with the service. Thanks Ade”

“The website is very easy to use and the buying experience is mostly good. My two main complaints are the insistence of payment by midnight on the same day, under threat of account closure, and the poor quality of packaging used, resulting in damaged contents because the box is not strong enough for the weight of the contents.”

“Good but wish the ABC pallets were more accurately priced and some arrives broken im not gonna sound ungrateful because site is good but prices are way inflated and some arent even listed correctly costing me about 1000 pounds loss on ABC pallets other then that perfect and super fast delivery. But ABC pallets need to be more accurate even the prices on Amazon are not correct”

“The whole process is easy to follow and use, it’s nice to battle with other buyers in the auctions, and you have a great selection of things to bid on. The only draw back is paying through PayPal, sometimes it’s not easy .”

“All items were in brilliant condition. All more or less worked fine. I did get a lamp and just think it needs a new bulb as usb ports work fine. So maybe it is just the bulb. All items worth the money I spent”

“Some of the items you sell under “customer returns” should be thrown in the bin, not auctioned off. I understand stuff is cheap and some things (like a wall clock I bought) won’t work…but the Queen inflatable mattress I bought was FILTHY (four puncture marks stuffed with tissue that had been hardened with glue, I think), white paint splotches and it took a roll of masking tape to scrape up the dirt that had hardened into the creases. I was told y’all don’t check the inventory but this was flat-out disgusting, and I had to eat the £9.95.”
