All good. Some time nice prices and Good quality or new items. Some time visualy brocken items.

I like the auction experience One thing would be better if applied, allow 2 days to pay for the won auctions instead 1 day after it finishes, so people have more options to buy during these 2 days. I believe it would be better then 1 day option

I was satsified except i got a notification that my shipment was despatched on 17th may and when i was tracking i got an out for delivery message and time slot. When the parcel did not arrive, I tried tracked again and it stated waiting for sender to send. I eventually got the parcel 3 days later but was not impressed with the confusing message regarding the delivery.

I didn't jobalot really good I do buy a fair but off the auctions. I will say though, they say customer return but have had a decent amount of items they are just fit for the bin, and I've basically paid for rubbish. Also has things missing twice now and when email about it and ask for money back l, and get told no basically. But otherwise yeah they good

I have been trading with JLI for a couple of years now and have mostly been very satisfied with the products and the service. The website has a fantastic amount of information on lots, which help massively when listing the items on eBay, Amazon etc. and the invoicing system is very slick. The lots are generally good quality, although I have had a few issues recently with wrong colour or size, and even one lot where the buyer had clearly returned a very old and filthy item, which had not been picked up by anyone. I have a couple of ongoing issues, one being the poor quality of the boxes used to send items and the persistant message that if you don't pay by midnight we will cancel your account and never be allowed to return, this is just downright insulting. There was supposedly a system set up to register a payment method so that payment could be taken if the buyer had inadvertantly gone past midnight, but this never seemed to come to fruition and the annoying policy goes on. All in all JLI are a good company to deal with and I will continue to use them for the forseeable future.

Got some good stuff here 1/4 of the rrp price but also had some terrible broken lots. Its a gamble

Good value for money and very fast shipping. However, I have emailed several times about issues and I have never received an answer. Would continue to buy from you although the customer service is not great.

JLI is a good company and their product prices are reasonable but the cost of postages are high

Good site, some products are way expensive but this is not so often. It would be good if I can get out from a bidding. When bidding goes too high, I can't delete it from live list till it finishes even I know I wouldn't bide anymore on this bidding.

Wouldn't buy customer returns again as they all come broken or with bit's missing so they are a waste of money, have also had items that don't match the product's shown on the auction so it's a bit hit and miss but have also had some good products that I'm really happy with, so it's hit and miss but will be happy to us again

Some very good products on auction with jobalots. Majority of items are new or barely marked and this makes buying items whether individually, small bulk or pallet something that you can choose, suiting your needs and budget. Cons - items often found to be missing and sent to other customers in error. Abd of late. Boxes so over filled and no thought given as to placing fragile items separately that lots are coming through damaged , broken or missing having fallen out of a box whose seams have collapsed
