Mixed experience with some great items and others pretty poor, including a pan minus handle, travel mug minus handle, slime pots with no slime, mat with holes burnt, broken electric carving knife, bag with broken handle, etc. However, the absolute worst one, which really shouldn't have been resold, was a set of 50 white chair covers bought for my daughter's wedding, which arrived absolutely filthy and full of holes, mildew and stains, plus only 46 received. I don't know how anyone got away with returning such items after they'd used them for their wedding! Not usable or repairable and cost me £40! I understand there's no comeback with Jobalots and that customer returns are what they are, but I think items should be repairable.

I have only had to raise one issue, and it was dealt with swiftly. I have had no other issues, everything seems to be quite user friendly.

I make regular purchases from Jobalots, mostly the items are worth buying to re-sell however some are not. Out of my last few purchases of multiple new & returns there were 5 I had to simply throw away as they were in a terrible state and not fit for purpose. I understand it's in the terms and conditions and it's a gamble buyers have to accept, but when the staff that are packing up the orders can clearly see the items they are putting inside the parcels are damaged surely these can be pulled to one side and refunded back? That is my only gripe, but as someone who works on a self-employed basis I don't want to keep throwing money away like that. That said, I will continue to place bids but be a lot more cautious on the type of products I'm sourcing. No glass, ceramics, kettles, mixers, water filters.....I will be stearing clear of these moving forward.

This was my first experience with Jobalots. I was generally pleased however several items did not match the description or picture in the auction so that was somewhat disappointing. Well packaged and customer service was excellent.

Good choice of new items and fast delivery. However brought a couple customer returns and they were very badly damaged. Just be sticking to the new items.

Was very pleased with service until started sending my orders with Royal mail,then took 8 days to get.Best when delivered by DPD.

Hard to contact via phone,allusive,but generally ok,the silver,gold,platinum system is ridiculous,give it back by other means,ought to do more multiple auction,as 1 lot auctions are not really cost effective

Good company to deal with. Site easy to navigate. Biggest complaint is that there are too many single item lots whereby when you add carriage and VAT there is little margin to make any profit when reselling

Jobalots is great! Only a small percentage of the returns I purchase are broken, most still new in packaging so very happy there, I have now placed my second order and can’t wait to receive it! Bidding is very easy and the interface is good and easy to use! With anything there will be some bad points but there isn’t much, my only problem is the delivery lead times as but this may be because I am used to ordering items at 8pm and getting next day delivery instead of waiting 3-4 days or paying a larger premium for a faster 1-2 days, I would also mention that it is easy to get carried away! And anyone looking to bid should also account for postage costs in their shipping page and also account for the winning bid and postage costs all being non inclusive of VAT but this is all clearly laid out and explained on their website so if you don’t read it and then decide to get angry when it adds up afterwards and then get your account blocked when you don’t pay then it is just natural selection at that point. Overall I am very impressed and am loving jobalots!

Very inconvenient short period to pay for the item. Would be great to see some condition report on customer returns/new. Excellent and extra quick delivery services but would be nice to have option for a smaller amount e.g.2kg as it keeps me away from some small items I want to purchase but delivery only 10kg. Also not enought lots with few items in it. E.g. 5 or 10.
