It was my first time ordering something from Jobalots and it was a good experiment .So I ordered 3 things one of them was brand new , the other two was a customer return however one of them didn’t work at all ( which was a cordless drill ) the other looks like new and works just fine , so its more like hit and miss . Overall it was an experiment but not sure if i will do it again specially, if it was a customer return order .

The products are ok in proportion to 70%, I received both new and used products, damaged or even defective, but taking into account the auction prices it is ok!

Great idea. Postage was expensive which made the item not as much of a bargain as first thought. Will buy again though

Always very helpful each time I’ve had a query, and extremely quick to respond. It’s a shame they don’t have a phone system and have had s couple of minor issues but, always very quick to respond and resolve each time so aithough I’m a new customer, I am very satisfied with my dealings with thdm, so far.

Hi it’s a great site but some items you have to buy separately and it costs you loads in postage but other than that alls good

I find JLI to be mainly good, with a very easy user interface and prompt replies from customer support. The goods are generally in good condition, with very few unsellable items, but I have a couple of issues:- Packaging of larger heavier orders can be too lightweight to protect the goods in transit. I am continually annoyed by the message on payment requests that threatens closing of the account if payment is not made by midnight, especially as several months ago buyers were asked to provide a backup payment method to automatically pay if you inadvertently forgot.

Having used several Online Auction Companies, I have found Jobalots to be one of the best top deal with, very fair with the extra charges, delivery, etc., Having to pay for your item on the day is a pain, especially if the auction only closes late.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit den Angeboten sowie der schnellen Lieferung. Leider sind die Kartons immer beschädigt und es fehlten auch schon Produkte.

So far so good but sometimes when bidded and he wins the bidding. It seems that along the lines someone out bids the person without him knowing. I personally had a situation like that thinking I have won but apparently when I sent you a mail with a vivid phone camera picture that was when I was told I lost it. Hence you should improve in that area, please. Thank you

I like JOBALOTS very much but it is by no means perfect. Can be very risky and even more so now as some buyers of JOBALOTS can resell their purchased items on the site which makes me think that that may be a good way for them to offload all the bad stuff they've purchased leaving the new buyer well and truly out of pocket. So I now check the vendor who is selling the items before I make a bid. If it's not being sold by JOBALOTS I leave it well alone. Sorry but too risky. Other than that JOBALOTS can be a great site to purchase from, but obviously, there is still an element of risk, especially with customer returns. As until it arrives you don't know what the true condition of the items is going to be. Got to say though I have been pretty lucky with most of my purchases but at the same time I have had to bin quite a lot. But to be honest the good tends to outweigh the bad. All I will say though to finish off. If you can't afford the risk then you are best staying away.

Mostly excellent, but you really need to brush up on certain subjects 1, it would be nice to be able to talk to a human when you have a problem talking through emails you can't explain the problem you have properly and be understood 2, describe the items more accurately 3, sort out postage as there is a long delay of receiving items these days.
