“Customer service response times can be a little slow, but they usually manage to sort out any problems within a day or two. Delivery of parcels is usually about a week from paying to receiving, not sure about larger orders like pallets though. Overall impressions of the company are positive, and the number of problems is quite small compared to the number of items I've purchased since the start of the year.”

“The new side of the auctions are spot on and never really an issue, the customer returns however can be a minefield, I know it's alot of work, but maybe a heads up or categorise condition may be in order, emg purchased an air fryer ( safety packed in plastic bags, dented on both sides, smelled of used fat and plug system broken, as well as the base broken) I accept fully the risks taken when bidding on customer returns, but maybe a rating of condition could be in orderer”

“Excellent website and a decent amount of products at a good price. Also, customer service is great! There are some minor improvements which could make life of a user easier. Also, my orders don’t ship within 3-5 days so I have to email them and once I do, it ships straight away!”

“All good untill I bought something new and got something different and used ,asked for refund only got half of the price back then had to message back to let you know that is not fair since I dint get what I paid for ,got the other half of the refund but I should have to chase it around and make you guys understand your own policy.Since them I've stopped using the website .”

“Good VFM. Hate the fact that bidding can seemingly carry on forever. On occasion not enough details about products. However the process is straightforward and goods are delivered quickly. Worrying that you can be excommunicated for failure to pay on the day as I am absentminded but so far so good”
