I used to love this site but has become a joke. I won 36 sublimation mugs box came all already subed on plus only 11 in the box. I also won a £21 bid that I NEVER bidded for and would never try to win Again company has got bigger and they don't care about there customers. I understand we bid on used items but selling something that not even what's stated is just wrong.

Jobalots. la última vez, el sistema no me dejó participar a menos de la mitad de la subasta, y me cobraron sin mi permiso, el gasto del envío, más una cantidad de productos insuficiente hasta completar el peso mínimo. Otra vez, después de pasar todo el día en la subasta, a la hora de pagar. Las fotos de los artículos no correspondían con la descripción, por lo que te arriesgas a que te envíen lo que quieran, además del Estado cuestionable de lo que te envían. En otra ocasión, porque no está bien explicado en las instrucciones, que solo se puede juntar la mercancía subastada en el mismo día. Siendo además mi primer día de subasta, me mandaron un cepillo de un euro más dieciocho de envío. En resumen, no me inspira ninguna confianza. Y mucho menos para hacer compras de gran valor y bastante peso. Nada más me gustaría, que pudiera fiarme. Pues sería, un excelente proveedor para mi negocio en el futuro.

Caution: If you order a pallet of items and the manifest states a bed including mattress then Job-a-Lots (TJI Trading Ltd) are happy that once delivered no mattress is included and as a seller they are happy not to mention this in their listing that it does not included the included mattress. I was discussed by their lack of assistance asking for a partial refund which they refused. I threated to close my account and they closed it anyhow without my say so. Please be aware that they do not care if their mainfest advertised is accurate in any way. Very unhappy.

I want to give this website -3 stars if unfortunate I have to give them ateast 1 star .This website selling wastage stuff as use or customer return.I bought one vacuum on bid but I received some parts of vacuum only all recived parts are damaged and fully dirty.missing charging adapter. Missing all joints .I have only option that throw in bin .can't return as their policy. Please be carefully before buy from them .

Never seen such a load of rubbish three jumpers that would fit an elephant never in my life have I seen such large jumpers and the quality was so bad I just threw them in the bin.

unsold customers item. and low volume of amazon items you are selling. in which market we are going to sell your product???? we are resellers not a customer. even brand new lot if i can go on amazon or ebay there are already bad reviews of product.. i didn't made profit so far. this things for offline mall or store. its my honest review.

Brilliant company but got stung by 50% of the goods totally worthless and beyond repair!! Contacted customer services and just got told they can’t do nothing so literally lost money. Buy, Sell and make Jobalots profit that should be there moto 👏🏽👏🏽

I am fed up with purchasing items that are broken. I appreciate that the Customer Returns have not been checked and it clearly says that, but I do not expect to open boxes to find the electrical items do not work at all and are then placed in the bin. I understand that customer returns could include damaged items or boxes or simply not required by the customer, but at the moment you are just selling rubbish.

Very poor customer service. When I started to buy from Jobalots more than 1 year ago, they were helpful if anything went wrong which was rare back then. I spent thousands of pounds at their company. Now you have to email them on an email address and fill a form if something is missing. They are very slow to get back to you, always a different person gets back to you so you have to explain the issue over and over again. Customer support is poorly trained and just wants to get rid of you. I recently purchased a pallet of beds, which only partly arrived. Instead of 4 beds I got 1 headboard 2 different bed base part different colour and size (each bed consists of 2 bed base parts) and a bed which was not on the manifest at all. Some of the items were completely missing. Which missing parts should have been apparent at the time of the listing of the pallet for bidding and preparing the manifest. Everyone is bidding in the knowledge of the manifest. So instead of 4 beds I got only 1 which was not on the manifest at all and some bed parts it cost me £470 inc VAT and they offered £30 incl VAT refund for one missing item. They say that if I got any part of a bed let say some legs it counts as I got the full item since it is a customer return. As a long-time customer I am always prepared for some rips, and broken parts, but I can not be prepared for items listed on the manifest and completely missing. It is really apparent regarding to a bed, if there is no mattress or some or all part of the bed is missing. I emailed them that it is not right they asked me questions over and over again and at one point they refunded £30 incl VAT. I asked how they calculated but no one could explain to me, they said they have an Excel made by someone they put the missing item in it and calculates automatically. No one could explain to me the formula which it uses. I think when this pallet was listed it was very apparent that there is no 4 beds but it did not prevent them as to sell it as 4 beds instead of listing it as a headboard and some bed base parts, since you can not see what you are bidding for it became a very risky business with them since they started to sell rubbish instead of dumping it in the landfill. They pocket the money and do not care if you have been scammed. This is not a good business policy in the long run.

Bought 60 pairs of headphone returns. Not a single one works. I would expect a few or a lot but every single one. Kinda obvious this was known and feel ripped off on that order.

I promptly paid for the order immediately after winning the lot. Only then did I realise that that might mean other lots I won that day wouldn’t be covered by the same shipping charge. I contacted customer service who “couldn’t” (read “wouldn’t”) do anything to help. When the item arrived, a Jurmerry “heavy duty” clothes rack, I saw that it had a fault and couldn’t be assembled properly (and that is why it was a customer return). Since these things are sold online and shipped from China, there is no means by which to obtain spare parts. The description of this as “heavy duty” has to be a joke. The reviews must be fake. Extremely poor quality and I’m not surprised the machining is so bad as to completely fail for one component. Very poor experience for a first-time customer. I don’t think retailers should send items to auction if they no longer function as their description. This no king we functions as a clothes rack because it can’t be put together. Seems like this is all a scam to me.

Be warned. Customer returns can be unhygienic, infected, human and animal hairs in vacuum cleaners, debris and dirt and altogether broken products that should go to tip and never make its way to unsuspecting customers. The products can be second hand used and damaged goods. You just need to be lucky to get your money worth of goods. Just be prepared for a shock and customer service won't help.as you have signed there agreement no matter how many pictures of products you send them
