Do NOT use this company, they are thieves, they will steal your money, and they will send you out not only damaged, or faulty items, they send you items that DON'T even power on. They will IGNORE your every request for a refund, I have emailed them every day for the past week, chasing a refund, and they ask for 72 hours... I have now waited double that time, and they just WON'T respond. They have a community website, and I have posted on there also time and time again, but they monitor the posts before publishing them, so if it's negative, they won't publish it, they only publish what they want, and they delete the rest. They know full well the conditions of the items they are sending out to people, yet they are still happy to take your money for items they can see, should only be fit for the bin. Save your money people, do NOT use this company, you will only be throwing hard-earned cash down the drain, and they will IGNORE your every request for a refund. If this post saves just 1 person from losing money, it really has done its job. I am seeking advice to look at taking these thieves to court because that's all this company is... Thieves.

All products will need to be checked, and in some cases repaired to current safety standards before resale. No warranty/guarantee on any items. Products might have missing parts. Buying customer returns means wasting your money on faulty items with missing part and messy condition. However customer service will never reply with solutions on missing or broken on new items either ! I wasted so much money on this website ,plus paying off someone to take the rubbish I Received to the tip !!!!

Box turned up today.....6 skull shaver boxes inside the package, 2 of which were totally empty. I didn't bid on this auction to win empty boxes. Ridiculous service will never use again and can't recommend enough that people avoid this site at all costs.

brought pallet of garden furniture and the 2 most expensive things on there 1 had more than half missing the other one I never got listed as 2 items got half of one so not happy with that pallet

Items themselves are good price etc, but the company rips people off living in Northern Ireland. I was charged £14.99 postage for a small parcel that took over a week to arrive and was sent with Royal Mail using a service that costs £2.85. Shameful will not be ordering again.

Very bad customer service. They reply only one message a day. Very disorganised, to get replies for simple questions you’ll wait a long time and still very small chance you’ll receive it. They answer with “We’ll get back to you when we have information” and end up not getting back at all. Seems that they just don’t care.
