“Hi.this is what a stock liquidation looks like with new folded clothes, this is what the description said at the time of purchase, but the reality was different half of the products without tags, without packaging, thrown in the box, there are also clothes with stains and used, but in the description of the auction it clearly said new, new, brand new, liquidation of stock with tags and for sure the ombudsman must light the support he keeps sending me the explanations from the story books, no one thinks about jobalots terms and conditions I think their support, they only transmit stories, they don't investigate, they don't check, as if it's not their obligation???!!!!!!!”

“Up till now bought 2 items and both were broken, I am aware of the possibility of a faulty item ,mabey a crack or a stain but why try to re sell something that is clearly not able to be fixed.”

“I was very happy to come across this website. However after bidding and winning over 10 items. Everything that’s been received already is broke. I wouldn’t be as bothered if it was one or two items but so far it’s everything Iv ordered. Two garden hoses were both split at the top so can’t be fixed. I know you say no guarantee but it’s beyond a joke”

“I’m really disappointed with the lack of quality control. I have purchased items that have gone straight in the bin! Items covered in mould, fully broken stick vacuum, a bag that had been heavily used- worn out and zip fully broken and torn off, missing foot ware- single trainers, damaged items covered in pet hairs and missing items! If they set some standards then I believe it may deserve more stars. Also the RRP is so not true! It’s over priced.”
