Delivery fee scam, this is a lot for not even next day delivery and the package was small

Poor service. goods are either non-functional or broken without parts. you may not get what you expect. I am very disappointed...

The worst website of any commercial organisation I have encountered in a long, long time; enough to make a saint swear. The only plus point of it is that maybe the person who would have outbid you has given up trying, I know I certainly have - gone and made a cup of tea instead to calm myself down.

Very poor customer service and broken items. I did not receive all of the items I won in a bid. Emailed the company to notify them that an item was missing, they did not even have the courtesy to give a response. Terrible

Receiving the wrong color of shoes is frustrating, especially when it's not possible to appeal due to company policy. It's important for companies to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide accurate product descriptions. Receiving a completely different product than what was ordered is not acceptable and can greatly impact the customer's experience.

Auction lot a sold showing inflated RRP prices, tweezers that people won’t buy for £2 on Amazon and have no reviews, just because the seller has advertised just one item at £40, jobalot is showing lot price in thousands!! Disgusting!!!

I had been reffered to this website by friend of mine. It said on your website, if I spend £20, my friend and I will get £25 each I spent £80 and I was cheated, no rewards.
