“I cancelled the visit for wasp nest within the 24 hour period. The waiting time had been 5 days due to heavy demand and I was able to get someone else. However they still have not refunded me my payment despite numerous emails and voicemails . They do not respond. I am very disappointed with this company as you can imagine they have gained £45 for doing nothing”

“Young guy turned up been on job one month, no protective clothing and hired van, couldn’t find nest in garden despite 100’s wasps flying everywhere in the grass. Decided he couldn’t help, asked about the money I’d already paid said nothing to do with him contact the office! Rang the office very unhelpful said I needed to put complaint in writing, e mail not acceptable (?)! After writing was offered an insulting £5 back from original £120 ( can’t remember exact amount charged) eventually after several attempts gave me back half from memory ( this was from last summer ). This company promotes itself as local, friendly and efficient none of which I found to be accurate, complete rip off, recommend you avoid them like the plague!”

“I paid over £200 but when they came out, the guy said the best was dead so he put it in a bin bag and off he went. A lot of money for the little that he did.”
