My order took a long time to arrive,I have since ordered directly from the manufacturer and I received swift 48 hr service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback Lois. Farrow & Ball wallpapers are made to order, therefore there is a 7 working day lead time. Lead time information can always be found on the specific product page, before an order is placed. I hope this will not deter you from ordering from us in the future.

I made a telephone order was told there was plenty of fabric available. The following day I received an email saying there was insufficient fabric. After several telephone conversations to yourselves and your suppliers some more was found for me.. if it hadn't been for my perseverance I would not have received the fabric I ordered m.

Would have liked to have had some understanding of the delivery service. Did not realise that I would have to be in all day to receive the item. I missed the delivery man and then had to wait again the next day.

I waited in all day on the day on delivery, it never arrived. When I phoned I was told it would be delivered the next day so a rearranged my plans so that I could be here to accept it, again it never arrived. I phoned again and was told that someone would call me back to explain were my delivery was, no-one ever did. It finally arrived on the third day, lucky I had just got home so was able to accept it, otherwise who knows when I would have got it. The product itself was fine but would not use again due to the delivery experience.

I bougth 1 wallpaper (Manuel Canovas) to be delivered to Barcelona. I lived Barcelona and the paper arrive the day after my departure. I asked the Hilton Hotel personel to send the paper back for a refund. It was delivered but I received an e mail from you saying the parcel was empty. SO i left the money, my time and the paper. WAS SO SAD:( it is a very bad experience for me. I only need 2 mts of that paper to finish my kitchen;(

Great wallpaper and quick delivery, however do not trust their online calculator as it errs heavily in their favour. Calculator advised 3 rolls at nearly £70 per roll, when in fact 2 rolls were sufficient. I will not use again.

Thank you for your review Katrine. Our wallpaper calculator does state clearly that it is only for use on standard sized wallpaper, and as the wallpaper you had chosen had a half pattern match, the product page does ask you to call us for quantity advice. We are sorry that you have been left with one roll spare on this occasion.

Roman blind looked lovely but the mechanism completely failed. It was clearly not tested before being delivered as the mechanism at the top simply does not work at all. I had arranged myself for this to be fitted, and now I have to take it down again and send it back to be fixed, and then fitted again. This is not good, and I am very disappointed. I asked if it could be mended at our house, but this is not possible. While customer services have been kind in arranging it to be collected and mended, this really is a hassle. I received £30 voucher for future purchase. However, it costs more than this to have it refitted, and in the meantime I am without a blind still. I believe that a blind should be quality tested before being sent out to a customer. I'm disappointed and would love to hear from Jane Clayton.

The blind clips in and out of the fixings so should not need re-fitting, just clipping back in. A member of our customer service team will be in touch with you again shortly. I ordered wallpaper for next day delivery, I placed the order on Saturday morning and didn't receive the order until the Friday.

Wallpaper was creased and this showed in many places when put up on the wall. This was with both of the rolls I bought.

The pattern repeat on the website was 7mm out which has meant I haven't got enough material to make the curtains. Jane Clayton are seeking the advice of the supplier.

Maby things: - sales advisor not competent on various wallpapers and deadline for orders before Christmas - mistake in the website that created confusion - delivery not on time

Due to the price of the package that I was getting delivered, on purchasing online in the comment section I asked that the package be left in the coal bunker if I was not in. Like many other people I work so I am often not in when packages are delivered. However, I arrived home to find the £900 package of curtain material propped up against my door waiting for me there!!!!! Anybody could have taken it if they knew its value. I said in my note about delivery, please leave in coal bunker if not I was not in!!!! Poor delivery service in my opinion and would not trust your delivery process. And if someone had taken it I bet you wouldn't have refunded me £900!!!

Lovely wallpaper but don't trust the website's wallpaper calculator. We bought 3 rolls as instructed by the website's wallpaper calculator (it even suggested we order an extra one as a spare). We used 1 full roll and part of the second but are left with a full unused roll! In the small print it says that the calculator assumes a wallpaper width of 50cm. Our roll is 52cm wide so instead of 2 rolls we actually needed it told us to buy 3. This wouldn't be so bad if Jane Clayton accepted part order returns but they don't. We are now left with an £80 roll of wallpaper and a bad taste in our mouths.

Thank you for your review Julie. We are very sorry to hear that you have been left with a roll of wallpaper having used our online wallpaper calculator. Unfortunately, some wallpapers on our website are not suitable for use with the online calculator and in this instance the product page asks you to contact us directly for quantity advice. We have also tried to make this as clear as possible on the online calculator. Thank you again for your feedback, we always appreciate feedback from our customers.

Having over calculated the measurements of the wallpaper required. I asked the question whether partial order could have been returned. To which the response was no. Had I have purchased it from a DIY store, this wouldn't have been a problem..

The wallpaper turned out not to be right but with only 14 days' return time, there was insufficient time to make a decision and send it back. We are now stuck with 3 rolls of wallpaper we don't want.

Wallpaper was misdelivered and over charged on delivery (since refunded) return policy is also unfair.

We try to make our returns policy as clear as possible on the website and in all correspondence we have with our customers but are also sorry that you were unable to return one roll of wallpaper as we do not accept back part returns from wallpaper orders.

4 cushions took exactly tot the day 4 weeks to arrive- perfectly ok but nothing wow cushions- what was terrible was the arrogant unhelpful stance of their office when I asked if they could be made in 2 weeks after I placed the order as they were for a birthday present- Their answer and manner left a great deal to be desired and I will never use this company again . It wasn't even the fact that they were not prepared in any way to help, other than to cancel the order and keep back a ridiculous proportion of what id paid materials .Frankly it was their Computer says no attitude.

This is something we try to make as clear as possible on our website, and we do urge customer to request help with wallpaper quantities or put a spare roll on reserve to order if need be. I called for advice on number of rolls of wall paper, ordered, and then wanted to return a full roll as I had too much. This was not accepted because of their t&c.
