The item was delivered late. I have been trying to return it for weeks and the support team I emailed with is now no longer responding.

The quality of your goods are good, but I made 3 orders from you recently and all 3 had delivery issues. 3 to 5 days turned into 4-5 weeks. Curtains required multiple chasing. You shouldn’t set expectations on website which can’t be delivered

I've always loved the products at Jane Clayton website, and generally when I've ordered items and samples they have arrived quickly. My most recent order was disppointing in terms of customer service. The products themselves are fine. However the delivery timescales kept changing and our expectations were not managed by either Jane Clayton or UPS the delivery company. The rug underlsy arrived quickly without the carpet, within the 2-5 dsy delivery timescale on the written confirmation. But we needed to chase several times for information on when the rug would be delivered and although Jane Clayton team replied quickly by email each time, the replies were along the lines of 'its delayed', 'we dont know the timescale' etc were not helpful - the rug was for a birthday present for my husband who is ill - we didnt receive it in time for his birthday, which was embarrassing for us. A few weeks later I received UPS delivery email - UPS changed the delivery days and times four times before we actually received the rug. This meant waiting in for the delivery each time and feeling anxious a fed up about whether we would actually receive anything, or if the product was out of stock, or if we had wasted our money. Its not possible for us to have large items like rugs left with neighbours if we are out, we live in a townhouse with no garage or snywhere else to leave deliveries. I buy most things online from various businesses and generally their services are good and reliable. I feel sad that I will probably not buy anything from Jane Clayton again. Despite your lovely range of products, I'd look elsewhere for home furnishings and interior design products, because in this situation we could not rely on the delivery timescales at your website when we placed the order, in the order confirmation email, or from the delivery agent, and information given by your team when asked was too vague to help us know about the status of our order. Products are great, but as a customer my expectations were poorly managed.

The blind took a long time to arrive which I can understand but I can’t comprehend how it was sent out with no brackets. I’m still waiting for them and wasted a morning on getting someone in to put them up which has cost me money

The carpet we bought sheds a lot. I filled the vacum 4 rounds added a picture of the shedding. Still sheds after 2 weeks and we need to vacuum every 3 days. Also it still has a strong smell similar with manure that hasn't aired out yet, and we've had it for 2 weeks now. It also came with some patches where the strands seem to be clumped together like a patch of glue that won't come apart. The colours though are as promised. I wouldn't recommend.

Inaccurate information provided about stock and delivery times. I made 2 purchases from Jane Clayton Co. 1st delivery delayed due to supply issues. Prior to making a second purchase, knowing that there was a deadline to this work, I contacted customer services to find out whether there were continued stock supplies with that product. I was informed that there were no issues and made purchase. Product was significantly again. Communication from this company for both purchases was poor. Next time, I’ll try a different company for wallpaper.

Unfortunately, my order was severely delayed multiple times - no compensation was offered. I would not buy from this company again.

I got no help from Customer Service when I realised I had made a mistake with my order, and contacted them immediately as I needed fire retardant finish on my material. When I tried to cancel I was told the order had already gone through. The website says things can be returned within 14 days, but when I tried to return I was told the small print in the terms and conditions said I could not. So many ways of saying “computer says no”.

Blue rug paid £95. It came and we loved it. 9 months down the line the pattern has faded and strange worn down lines are starting to show. No what I’d expect less than a year on. Disappointing.

The 10% discount off your first order does not apply if you are buying discounted items which is fair enough but should be clearly stated.although There is only a 14 day return policy and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of the return. Very disappointing for me. I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend it.

Original delivery extended from 10 to 12 days to 30 days. Product a vinyl wallpaper not particularly good quality with a match over two strips which made hanging tricky. I would not recommend this French product.Customer service polite but not particularly proactive.

We really like the fabric but unfortunately it had a hole right in the middle (see picture). We therefore will not be able to use it for the purpose we wanted to. Is it possible to get a reduction? We are quite unhappy we received a damaged fabric. Thanks

Whilst getting the fabric I bought was alright, the samples I requested never arrived, so i had to buy it with no idea of the real size of the print. For price of the material, I would have expected the sample to come and also to be able to order more than one sample.

This is the only company I have used that will not take unopened rolls of wallpaper back. I ordered extra as I wasn’t sure of the number I would need. I did read the returns policy and read that it was made to order items that were not returnable. Just beware of this. I will never use them again because of this and will use other outlets that do refunds on unused, unopened rolls.

The people I spoke to on the phone regarding my order were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after waiting two weeks for my wall paper that never arrived (Terrible customer service from UPS) I could wait no longer and had to cancel my order. I ordered from a company offering next day delivery. Sorry I couldn’t offer a better review.
