On tracking my parcel it states I had been carded twice, but no card was left, therefore I could not go to the depot to pick it up. Since it is a Bank holiday I have had to request that it be delivered 4 days later! Also the address that was supposedly carded was not mine but a neighbours. I checked with her but she had not been carded either. I was told that I would be texted on the Friday morning and given a delivery slot but this never happened. Perhaps a change of carrier is due?

Sorry, but for the moment I am really not impressed. We ordered a large amount of a Marvic Fabric. It came to about £1500, not a small amount. We live abroad, our credit card is billed to our home address. This seems to have caused a problem with the payment system at JC, which detected a possibility of fraud. It took them one week to contact us about this problem. Bizarrely our bank didn't have a problem … So we thought: Problem solved!… oh no - then JC contacted me because they only had three cuts of different lengths of the fabric. "Would that be fine?" Noo, it isn't I want one piece of the fabric, and so I will have to wait 6 to 8 weeks. During which they were quite happy to have our money in their bank, if we hadn't asked to be reimbursed and contacted once they had the fabric. So I will wait and hope that then things will be smoother.

We received someone else's invoive in our package. We also ordered a wallpaper sample which didn't arrive. I emailed about this and a sample was sent although no apology was issued.

Thank you very much for your review, Stephanie. It's always useful for us to get some feedback from our customers and we'll certainly take that into consideration when reviewing our procedures. We do ordinarily send samples via Royal Mail, in a separate delivery. We're very sorry if you felt that it was not made clear that your wallpaper sample would follow.

We have received the wallpaper in a solid block as if it was just printed. Even the edges were not removed. We had to take them to the local printer to have the edges cut neatly for a perfect fit/match which cost us an extra £40. Shame! Other than that the order came promptly.

The Topiary , Clarke and Clarke fabric I ordered was disappointing because the pattern on the fabric did not run along the grain. I tried to cut along the pattern, but in the end had to cut along the grain, so the pattern is on a wonk! I just hope that it is not too noticeable when I hang them up.

Ordered a wallpaper sample on 28th October - still have not received it so unable to order wallpaper

Thank you for your review, Lisa. Our records show that your sample order was dispatched on Monday 3rd November. We use a first class Royal Mail service and your samples should have arrived yesterday at the very latest. We will be in contact ASAP to resolve this.

It does look like your sample order took much longer to arrive than expected, we're so sorry that we hadn't picked up on this sooner. We order all of our samples in from our suppliers, and do occasionally experience a delay. This is something that we're working very hard to improve on.

I ordered 3 x fabric samples. Two samples took over 3 weeks to arrive and the third has never been received.

We order all of our samples in from our suppliers, and as you can imagine, these can occasionally arrive with us behind schedule. Our records show that all of the samples from your previous order were sent out on 3rd October. Could you get in touch to let us know which one it was that you were missing?

Ordered 2 samples of wallpaper ie flying ducks to see which colourway would go best in our lounge Rubbish samples one no duck ! the other just feet !How am I supposed to choose ?

We're sorry to hear that the Mulberry Home wallpaper samples which you received did not include sufficient detail of the Flying Ducks design. We'd love to send you some larger samples so you could get a better idea?

The sample took a long time to arrive from when I purchased it. (although it said they processed orders very quickly). In the meantime I had received sampls from elsewhere and purchased another wallpaper.

Dear Helen, I'm sorry to hear your samples have not arrived yet. Your samples were posted last week, but it's likely they are taking a little longer to get to Dublin. Please do let us know if they do not arrive in the next couple of days, and we will get them re-ordered for you.

I was very disappointed by 2 of the samples as there was virtually very little of the pattern showing.Admittedly they were fairly large patterns but no attempt seemed to have been made to show much at all. In fact one only had a small piece of twig and nothing else.

We order all of our samples in from our suppliers and, occasionally, customers may find that these samples are not fully representative of pattern or colour. We would, of course, be happy to get you some larger samples if this would be helpful.

Fabric was due to arrive Wednesday and UPS incorrectly labeled it meaning I still haven't received it, nor have I been told anything about when I can expect to receive it. Extremely disappointed.

Thank you for your review Rose. I’m so sorry to hear about the delay to you receiving your Butterfly Garden fabric. As you saw on the UPS tracking service, your package was incorrectly sorted and for that reason was not available for delivery yesterday. This is not something we were made aware of and was extremely unexpected as we usually receive such reliable service from our couriers at UPS. I have spoken with UPS this morning, who have assured me that your package is out for delivery and will arrive with you today.

Unfortunately of the four samples I requested (and paid for) only two arrived, plus two other, random and very different wallpaper samples! Given we'd only ordered the four colour options of a single design, it does seem a bit poor to not manage to put all four into an envelope... I have emailed to ask for the other two. Now awaiting response.

Hi, I was really disappointed to receive the wrong wall paper. Because of this I have had to re-arrange my decorater and as a result have lost my deposit. It was also a shame for the person who very kindly waited for my delivery to arrive, especially as they will need to wait for a second time. Thanks, Alyssa

Hi Alyssa. Thank you for your feedback. We were so sorry to hear that you have received the incorrect wallpaper. We pride ourselves on offering our customers excellent service, and it is clear that on this occasion we have not provided this. It would appear that there has been a mix up in our warehouse, which I can only assure you is a complete one-off. The correct wallpaper will arrive with you on Friday.
