“Placed an order on line and found it very easy to follow. Also spoke to a lady on the telephone who was very helpful and two days later the wallpaper ordered arrived. No complaints whatsoever!”

“Ordered my wallpaper almost two weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Workmen have had to be cancelled and I have been left out of pocket. The delivery company is unable to provide a delivery date and I believe the shipment is lost. I have contacted the team at Jane Clayton for a refund and they have not replied to my emails in three days. Frustrating customer service experience. Won’t be ordering from this website again.”

“I telephoned Jane Clayton because I could not find a particular Sanderson wallpaper online, which was out of stock at Sanderson, and not due to be reprinted until December. They were most helpful, suggesting that the only way I might find it was if a local store had some in stock. I checked locally without success so I went back to Jane Clayton and found a few alternatives on their website. Samples came within a few days, and before ordering my alternative choice, I phoned them to make sure this one was in stock. It was, and arrived within a couple of days. The paper is lovely, and excellent quality, and there was 20% off! Excellent service for which I am most grateful.”
