“Excellent customer service and I’m really happy with my curtains. The material was out of stock when I initially ordered. I was offered a refund, the option of different materials, or to wait. I explained my colour scheme and I was offered three good selections of alternative materials, but in the end I opted to wait until the original material arrived in stock. The finished curtains arrived much sooner than I was expecting, and I am extremely happy with the finished product, which finish my living room off perfectly!”

“I ordered 40+ m of fabric recently. I asked for samples which came in about 5 days. Ordering fabric was simple and efficient amd faster than the samples. Recommend.”

“Outstanding Customer Service - I cannot tell you how grateful we are ! We bought (from another supplier) some very expensive wallpaper to decorate our granddaughters room, in normal circumstances we had ordered plenty but due to the pattern drop of this particular paper found ourselves needing another roll - I happened to find Jane Clayton in my online search as a stockist of the same paper and contacted them - Alice could not have been more helpful, she contacted the company whilst I was on hold but couldn't get an answer (it was 1645 !), she committed to call at 9am the following and by 0945 she had an answer - she could get me the paper but it wasn't the right batch - she even suggested I try eBay to see if I could get a match .... anyway we ordered it the same day (Wednesday) with a 3-5 working day promise (we had waited 6 weeks for the initial order) anyway - it arrived today at1330 and it is already up and looks amazing - we cannot thank you enough ! We will be back”

“i have to say i am most disappointed with the customer care since placing an order for nearly £1500 in August. At no point from taking the order until dispatch was i notified of a shortage due to fabric failing quality control. In fact it was only when i chased the order after receiving part of it was i told that it was delayed and not expected for a further 3 weeks. The least someone could have done is keep me up to speed with progress on the order and delays.”
