Paper nice but ordered to many rolls and will not return the one un opened roll don't think this is very far as it's no good to me and can be resold your end would not buy from you again

Thank you for your review Matthew. We are sorry that you have ended up with too many rolls of wallpaper. We would always advise customers speak to us regarding quantity advice and do try to make our returns policy as clear as possible on our website.

Had 1 roll of wallpaper left over, unused still in the box that it was delivered in, but was unable to return the unused, unopened wallpaper.

Was very surprised not to be able to return an unopened roll , I have never experienced this before with wallpaper , I would have ordered elsewhere

I purchased 3 rolls of paper, for two separate rooms. When i received paper, 2 rolls were virtually unwrapped. I unwrapped one "partly sealed" rolls to take a better look at the design and after talking with my Decorater we decided that it wasn't suitable. I called to ask if it could be returned only to be told that I had to return the whole order, ie all three rolls, but as I had "opened" one roll I couldn't return any. The decorator had already hung one of the papers so the full order couldn't be returned anyway! I wanted to place an order for more paper to replace the rolls which were unsuitable. But I will now take my custom elsewhere as i feel I have been treated unfairly. The paper i wished to return is not marked or damaged in any way and could have been resold. Very disappointed in this company's service.

Ordered this fabric to the USA and ended up with a customs bill. The first time I ordered a few yards as samples I did not have this happen. I should have picked a different fabric. It also took forever to ship, like 2 weeks.

We try to make it as clear as possible on our website that our prices do not include tax if you live outside of the UK or the European Union and therefore you may be required to pay import taxes in your country. We are also sorry that you felt the product took a long time to arrive - all lead times are stated on each individual product page. We hope this information helps.

I was very annoyed to find out you don't accept unopened/unused rolls of wallpaper back! I have been left with a £76 roll which will go to waste! Not clear enough on website and should be advised on phone conversion.

Everything! I was told fabric was out of stock. Then received it two days later...except it was someone else's order and 0.6 too little fabric. Now apparently it may cone back in stock in a month's time.

Whilst the problem seems to lie with UPS rather than you in that they ignored delivery instructions and left the parcel miles away that took an hour out of my day and then delivered an item I never ordered, the response I got when I complained was that it was nothing to do with you and all UPS's fault. But it is your problem in the sense that for that very reason I would never order from your company again. Just a shambles.

Ordered wallpaper on Friday, 3-5 working days delivery ie weds-fri following week. I emailed on weds to see if delivery update available, was told fri at latest. Then got email on Friday saying it had been despatched, would be mon. Extremely dissppointed

Although I have been pleased with the delivery of this item I have been disappointed that when I had one roll of unused wallpaper you will not allow me to return this item. I will therefore not recommend purchasing any items from your company in the future.

My wallpaper took ages to come and then the courier to spite being informed of where to leave it left it in a stupid place and someone stole it! So no not happy at all I'm afraid! Am now away for Christmas in Australia and will be in touch when I return at the end of January. Regards Mrs Mitchell

The reason it was delivered in part orders was due to the fact that your order was coming from two different suppliers, one of which ships directly to you, the customer, and the other, which ships to us before we dispatch it out to you. Very poor customer service. Paper quantity was ordered using website calculator. This was more than required. Twice called to request return of unopened rolls and twice was told 'we'll get back to you'. I'm still waiting for a call but seems we will be left with unusable paper. Won't recommend.

Absolutely shocking service We bought two rolls of wallpaper at £96 each for a small area in case one was not enough. Luckily, or so we thought, we found that we only needed the one roll. However, when asking to be able to return we were told that we could not return ithe second roll even though it had not been opened. Would not mind if the roll was only a normal price - but £96 for something we do not need is appalling!!! I would certainly recommend that you avoid this company

Very disappointed that despite you offering to refund unused rolls as long as contacted within 14 days, when I recently attempted to return an unused roll within the time period I was informed I couldn't as it was part of an order and not the full order. I ordered 2 rolls in June and then another 2 rolls in July and tried to return one of the rolls from the July order as the rolls were wider than anticipated. This is misleading to your customers and doesn't seem to make business sense - you'd rather refund a whole order of 2 rolls returned than sell one and refund one. Barmy. I wouldn't use your company again.

We have tried to make it as clear as possible on our website that we are unable to accept part returns, and are sorry that you did not feel that this was communicated to you when you placed your order. We would also always advise customers purchasing an extra wide wallpaper to call us to confirm the quantities they are ordering. Again we are sorry that you were not happy with our service and will take this into consideration when next reviewing our policies and procedures.

Bought paper to the value of £360 and in the add it said the paste came free and was advised the offer ended in March but the website never said such. Emailed to ask if this could be honoured and it was refused. 1st and last time to purchase from here.

I ordered £1000 worth of fabric along with a sample via internet. On the sample of fabric it clearly stated i was, as a first time customer, entitled to 10% off. When i rang up and explained that id already purchased the fabric, i was told the offer was only if i had the code on the internet site from which i ordered. IF i knew i was entitled to a discount I would have looked out for the code but i wasnt made aware of this, despite the fact I had rang and spoken to two people who gave me the amount of fabric i would need from the measurements i gave them before i placed the order. I then tweeted that i wasn't happy with the service i received from you and was emailed with an apology and they could not do anything about it. An apology means nothing unless some sort of resolve is made or at least attempted, and i actually mentioned that this was basically a refund and did jayne clayton not do refunds under any circumstances. Had no reply to this. Am not sure that under the trades description act the offer not being permitted is a good thing. Regards Emma Powe

We are of course able to provide refunds in relation to returned items. However, we are not able to apply promotional codes retrospectively to orders which have already been dispatched. I ordered, and paid for, eight wallpaper samples expecting them to arrive by return. In fact they arrived in dribs and drabs over the course of several weeks. In-between this process, a fabric sample that I hadn't ordered turned up, for what reason I have no idea.

Rubbish. Requested a sample of wallpaper and was sent a tiny scrap smaller than A4 size. Gives me no indication of the overall repeating pattern and how it would look on the wall.

We order all of our samples in from our suppliers and, occasionally, customers may find that these are not large enough in size to get a full impression of the design. We'd love to get you a large sample so that you could get a better idea. We'll be in contact.
