“Mopstick handrails arrived as expected and were packaged VERY securely so that chances of accidental damage during transit were minimal. Quality of the primed wooden rails is very good indeed. Only problem has been in fitting them to a stairway that has 5 changes of level in a house with hardly a square wall to be found - that has nothing to do with JW's product!!”
