“I purchased 48 white primed colonial spindles and to be honest at the price I was expecting a generic unbranded product. I was surprised when the delivery came the spindles were branded Richard Burbidge spindles and are of a high quality. The order was delivered by APC overnight and I was able to track the delivery.”

“when I got the newel posts I found they weren't solid oak, squares clued together with a veneer round the outside, this was annoying as I was going to put a chamfer on the edges with my router also ordered 3 hand rails for the wall and also they are not solid but an infill, now I will have to try and buy some end caps now so you cant see it”

“placed order on Tuesday for Thursday delivery waited all day but the delivery did not turn up and we had received no call or no update on delivery either. Called the company Friday morning to talk to a very rude lady who said the driver had torn the ticket and did not know where to deliver the goods and that only today it has been returned to us and we can only deliver on Monday or cancel the order and process refund. note that this order is now being fulfilled after almost a week and the company was absolutely not apologetic but it felt like it was the norm. I would be skeptical to place any further orders unless I was willing to wait a week for delivery. the driver could have easily called the company taken the delivery address and completed the work making it easy for the client and company. i think it was never sent out and this lame excuse was just cooked up.”
