“I am very happy with all the staircase bits that I ordered from jacksons. No issues with the order or delivery and the products all seem to be great. Having now painted them (not fitted yet) and oiled the handrails I am happy to report they look fantastic.”

“I ordered Mahogany Wood Filler. The colour was not remotely like mahogany. It was a pale brown which needed three coats of mahogany stain to obtain the required finish. I expexcted the filler to be the classic dark mahogany.”

“Excellent service and product, only marked down due to unnecessary over-packaging. Items purchased, 2 x flat brass stair rail endcaps, indestructible, would have easily fitted into a small padded envelope and gone through letterbox, instead they arrived in a padded out box approx 20x20x8cm and had to be left on doorstep.”
