“Bought a stair rail from Jackson four years ago so when I needed another where else would I go. Superb quality hard wood and proper fittings, really looks the part with excellent finish alround and they don't skimp on the supplied screws. Well packaged, delivered within the time frame, top company to deal with.”

“Just needed a small length of handrail and some fittings for a small job. Quality components and quick, well-packed delivery proved well worth the faith (I had ordered many moons ago for a bigger project). Well done!”

“Service very good . the bannisters look lovely with the brass fittings. Only problem is that the corner of the fittings is fairly sharp and can catch any hand that rests on it. Would be much better rounded off.....but guess that's to do with China's speed rather than efficiency!”
