“The mop stick rail purchased was of good quality and reasonably priced. The fittings were very good and well packaged to ensure they were not damaged in transit. All fitted perfectly. The only slight aberration was the delivery company was not able to deliver on the allotted day, and had I not phoned them they would not have bothered to let me know, so a day spent in for no reason and the need to stay in the following day. Not a direct fault of Jackson’s but did marr the whole experience.”

“Arrived today as promised, very nice quality banister brackets at a good price. Will use this company again if i need further items. Well packaged also, no fear of transit damage. Helpful staff after contacting by phone. Thanks”

“Although the couriers messed up the delivery of part of my order, once I spoke to someone on the phone they were very helpful in getting everything sorted out. There was a short wait whilst they tried to get the couriers to find it, but once it was clear it had gone missing they got the missing parts shipped out the same day.”

“Obviously no "quality control" over products. Ordered handrail to newel post fixing post kit. Bolt fitting into bracket no where near square. This would have entailed off centre hole boring or cut out for bracket. In the end didnt use as delivery was too long. Delivered by APC overnight 10 days after ordered. Charge for delivery excessive at £6. returned item for cost of jiffy bag and postage for less than £2.”

“I was looking for a new balustrade that didn’t require maintenance and found the all chrome one. Supplied by Jackson Woodturners.A superb product Comes with everything, you need, is a doodle to fit ,and looks fabulous. Jackson’s price is better than the competition and the product is superior to other more expensive suppliers.Whats not to like Bill H Wakefield”

“Order on line but made an error. However customer services sorted it out,no problem. Job went well but I ordered far to many spindles by mistake and did not realise until well after the returns policy agreement allowed. No problem they still gave me a refund. Good service and product.”

“Quality products at a good price. Ordered 2 oak handrails. Shipping was within the week, arriving when they said they would. Packaging was excellent and handrails themselves are absolutely superb - straight and true, made from high quality defect-free oak. Plus they required only the lightest of sanding prior to varnishing/finishing.”
