“Purchased an oak handrail with chrome brackets and ends. Didn't arrive on chosen delivery day but things happen. Product is solid, and looks great! Good instructions make it a quality product. Price was a bit more than I wanted to pay, however I believe you get what you pay for and the extra money was definitely worth it. Highly recommended.”

“banister fine, but 3 of the 5 brackets scratched, 2 quite badly. if it had not been urgent to put up, I would have sent the brackets back. But a bit of paint will soon cover the marks.”
