“I needed Mopstick stair rails for a client job. Quality product and well packed for transport. Even with the carriage cost (bearing in mind these are long so not the usual jiffy bag post), it was still half the price of a certain DIY outlet. Will happily use Jackson Woodturners again when the need arises.”

Gillian, I am very sorry to hear that you received your handrail and it was clearly damaged in transit. Please be advised that should this happen again, if you call us on the day that the item is delivered to advise us, we will always send a replacement out the very same day. As we were unaware of this until now, we were unable to rectify the problem for you.
